Hello, my name is Miche'l Moore, and yes, my name is pronounced "Michael". Don't worry, you'll get used to it. I am the founder and owner of Evolvewithin. I am excited to tell you a little about myself as well as my focus as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Hi! I’m Tessa! I’ve found
a passion in helping people with neurodivergent experiences such as ADHD,
Autism, and/or OCD. When you have a different way of viewing the world or handling your needs, you shouldn’t be shamed for it! Instead, we may need to learn more about ourselves to make sense of it all; we may need to learn new skills to help self-regulate and cope with our daily stress, and maybe even learn some life skills to make sense of our own needs that others do not understand. Additionally, we may need to improve our relationship dynamics with others, as sometimes our symptoms cause distress within our relationships, whether they understand us or not. We all know that is not intentional, but sometimes it is taken personally. Some consequences of not getting help may be a feeling of constant distress; we may start to look at ourselves with judgment, argue with others who don’t understand us, or falsely present ourselves for other’s approval. We may use unhealthy coping mechanisms like excessive changes in activity or eating, isolation, avoidance, or any other ineffective or harmful tools that might need a little extra help to change. I can help you feel better about yourself and your relationships. Yes, you are allowed to be different, so let's figure out how your version of being different can be valued, not judged!
More generally, I am enthusiastic when helping clients work through major life changes that can be overwhelming. I work with anyone experiencing these issues from late-teens to late-adulthood. I take
the time to understand you and your needs and tailor our therapy together to meet your
